摘要
目的:探讨朱琏兴奋Ⅱ型针刺手法结合温和灸对月经后期的临床疗效。方法:选取气血亏虚型月经后期的育龄女性患者80例,随机分成治疗组和对照组,各40例。治疗组采用朱琏兴奋Ⅱ型针刺手法结合温和灸治疗;对照组则采用雌孕激素联合周期疗法。疗程为3个月经周期。比较治疗前后月经后期中医症候积分、月经失血量评分、血清性激素水平包括卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)与雌二醇(E2)及临床疗效的差异。结果:治疗后,两组患者月经后期中医症候积分均减少(P<0.05),且治疗组积分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后月经失血量评分均较治疗前升高(P<0.05),且治疗组月经失血量改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后血清FSH、LH水平均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),血清E2水平较治疗前升高(P<0.05),且治疗组FSH、LH水平低于对照组(P<0.05),E2水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后治疗组总有效率95%(38/40),高于对照组的77.5%(31/40)(P<0.05)。结论:朱琏兴奋Ⅱ型针刺手法结合温和灸治疗月经后期疗效优于雌孕激素联合周期疗法。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of ZHU Lian’s Exciting NeedlingⅡmethod combined with mild moxibustion in treating delayed period.Methods:A total of 80 female patients of childbearing age with delayed period of deficiency of Qi and blood were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 40 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with ZHU Lian’s Exciting NeedlingⅡmethod combined with mild moxibustion,and the control group was treated with estrogen and progesterone combined cycle therapy.Both groups were treated for 3 continuous menstrual cycles.The scores of TCM symptoms,menstrual blood loss,serum levels of hormones,including follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH)and estradiol(E2)were compared between before and after the treatment in the two groups.The clinical efficacy was also compared between the two groups.Results:TCM symptoms score was decreased in the two groups after the treatment(P<0.05),and the decrease in the treatment group was significant than that in the control group(P<0.05).The score of menstrual blood loss was higher after the treatment than that before the treatment(P<0.05),and the improvement of menstrual blood loss was more significant in the treatment group than that in the control group(P<0.05).The serum levels of FSH and LH were decreased(P<0.05),and the serum level of E2 was increased after the treatment compared with those before the treatment in the two groups(P<0.05);the serum levels of FSH and LH were lower(P<0.05),and the serum level of E2 was higher in the treatment group than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 95%(38/40)in the treatment group,which was higher than 77.5%(31/40)in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:ZHU Lian’s Exciting NeedlingⅡmethod combined with mild moxibustion was more effective than estrogen and progesterone combined cycle therapy in treatment of delayed period.
