摘要
利用Gleeble-3800热模拟实验机对C-Si-Mn-Cr-B系1.5mm 980CP开展退火工艺研究,重点研究退火工艺要素对力学性能与组织的影响规律;基于试验结果组织工业试制并对试制品组织与性能进行评价。试验表明:随退火温度升高,抗拉强度Rm几乎不变,屈服强度Rp0.2单调上升趋势,同时伸长率略有降低;随过时效温度升高,抗拉强度Rm呈单调递减趋势,屈服强度Rp0.2先增大后逐渐减小,伸长率基本维持稳定;带速对力学性能的影响较小。随均热温度的升高,组织由铁-马两相组织向铁(少量)-马-贝复相组织转变;随过时效温度升高,组织由铁-马双相组织向铁-马-贝复相组织转变同时伴随着部分颗粒状碳化物析出(马氏体脱溶分解)。试制品力学性能和烘烤硬化性能满足GB/T 20564.8-2015及相关主机厂要求;极限弯曲比为0.63,折弯性能优良,组织为典型铁-马-贝复相组织。
Using Gleeble-3800 thermal simulation machine,annealing process of 1.5mm980CP bearing Si-Al-Cr-Mo-B was studied and the influence of annealing process elements on mechanical properties and microstructure was priority researched.Based on test results,the industrial trial production was organized and its microstructure and properties were evaluated.The results shown that,with the increase of annealing temperature,tensile strength Rm almost remain unchanged,yield strength Rp0.2 increased constantly,and the elongation slightly decreased.With the increase of over-aging temperature,tensile strength Rm decreased continuously,yield strength Rp0.2 first increased and then gradually decreased,and the elongation basically remain stable.The annealing time had little effect on the mechanical properties.With the increase of the average heating temperature,the microstructure changes from ferrite-martensite dual-phase to ferrite-martensite-bainite multi-phase.With the increase of over-aging temperature,the microstructure changes from ferrite-martensite dual-phase to ferrite-martensite-bainite multi-phase accompanied by the precipitation of some granular carbides(martensite dissolution decomposition).The mechanical properties and baking hardening properties of the industrial trail products met the requirements of GB/T 20564.8-2015 and related OEMs;Limitting bending ratio was 0.63,which means the bending property is excellent,and its microstructure was typical ferrite-martensite-bainite multi-phase.
