摘要
新型节能往复式膜生物反应器(LEP-N-MBR)是一种采用机械装置驱动膜组器往复式运动代替传统鼓风机曝气技术。与传统膜生物反应器技术相比,该技术膜污染控制效果优、运行能耗低、脱氮效果好。LEP-N-MBR技术利用曲柄滑块机构原理,设备运动转速为27~39 r/min,运动半径为45~60 mm。研究表明:与传统曝气MBR相比,LEP-N-MBR可节省能耗80%以上,并且在180 d内保持稳定运行未出现任何机械故障。与污水厂二沉池出水相比,处理后的污水总氮质量浓度可降低2~3 mg/L。
The low-energy POREFLON non-aerated membrane bioreacto(LEP-N-MBR)technology adopts mechanical reciprocating module for membrane cleaning.Compared to the traditional air-sparging MBR,the LEP-N-MBR shows better performance in membrane fouling control,energy conservation,as well as nitrogen removal,The reciprocating module of the LEP-N-MBR was designed based on the crank-slider mechanism,operated with movement speed of 27~39 r/min and movement radius of 45~60 mm.Results showed that compared with the air-sparging MBR,the LEP-N-MBR can save more than 80%of energy consumption,and the reactor kept stable during the experiment period of 180 days without any mechanical failure.The effluent total nitrogen of LEP-N-MBR was 2~3 mg/L lower compared to typical secondary sedimentation tanks.
