摘要
以铜基材料的修复再制造需求为牵引,采用激光辅助低压冷喷涂技术制备了CNTs/Cu复合涂层并研究其耐腐蚀性能。研究发现,由于表面镀铜及激光加热的协同作用,镀铜CNTs均匀分布在复合涂层中,枝晶状铜粘结相粉末之间以及CNTs增强相与铜粘结相之间均实现了良好的界面结合。由于CNTs/Cu复合涂层较低的孔隙率及CNTs本身较高的比表面积,可以阻止腐蚀液渗入涂层内部,从而提升复合涂层的耐腐蚀性能。
The CNTs/Cu composite coating was prepared by laser-assisted low pressure cold spraying technology and its corrosion resistance was studied. It was found that due to the synergistic effect of surface copper plating and laser heating,the copper-plated CNTs were uniformly distributed in the composite coating,and satisfactory interface bonding was achieved between the dendritic copper bonding phase powders and between the CNTs reinforcing phase and the copper bonding phase.Meanwhile,due to the low porosity of CNTs/Cu composite coating and the high specific surface area of CNTs,the corrosion liquid can be prevented from penetrating into the coating,thus improving the corrosion resistance of the composite coating.
