摘要
村干部性别结构变化是乡村社会结构性变迁的结果之一。文章以实证研究方法对这一现象的结构性成因及其影响进行分析。研究发现,村干部性别结构变化是乡村治理现代化转型、地方政府人才组织策略、教育竞争与家庭教养观念、社会经济结构等结构性因素共同作用的结果。村干部性别结构变化实是乡村社会应对治理事务生活化、治理方式规范化、治理资源大量下沉所采取的适应性策略,保证了治理转型过程中乡村治理工作的平稳推进,维护了村庄秩序稳定与治理资源的有效承接。
The changing gender structure change of village cadres is one of the results of structural changes in rural society. This study analyses the structural causes of this phenomenon and its impact through an empirical study. The study finds that the change in the gender structure of village cadres is the result of a combination of structural factors such as the modernisation of village governance, the organisational strategies of local governments, changes in educational competition and family upbringing, and the socio-economic structure. The change in the gender structure of village cadres is in fact an adaptive strategy adopted by the village society to cope with the living of governance affairs, the standardisation of governance methods and the massive sinking of governance resources, which ensures the smooth promotion of village governance, the stability of village needs and the effective transfer of governance resources in the process of governance transformation.
