体能训练的新手段——用不倒翁对运动员核心力量训练和平衡能力训练 被引量:2

摘要 本文将不倒翁的不稳定性与核心力量训练的特点有机结合进行论证研究,结果发现:用不倒翁对运动员进行核心力量训练完全可行,且是一种创新的核心力量训练手段;利用不倒翁进行训练可以提高人体神经系统对核心肌群的协调支配能力,锻炼核心力量;用不倒翁进行训练可以提高运动员的前庭器官功能稳定性,发展平衡能力。建议:进一步进行实验研究和肌电测试,检查其实效效果。 This paper studies the instability of a tumbler by combining with the characteristics of core strength training. It is found that as an innovative means of core strength training, it is completely feasible to make use of the instability of tumblers to train athletes’ core strength. The coordination and dominance of the human nervous system on the core muscle group can be improved and the core strength can be trained, training with tumblers. Moreover, training with tumblers can improve athletes’ stability of vestibular organ function and develop their balance. Experts suggest that further experimental research and EMG(Electromyography)test be conducted to check the actual effect.
