高空作业平台动力电池装配线效率提升

摘要 近年来,“用工荒”、招人难和用工成本居高不下等问题已对制造业企业产生较大影响,企业亟需提升生产效率以突破用工困境。本文以E公司高空作业平台280动力电池装配线为对象进行研究,针对线体不平衡、产能不足问题,基于ECRS原则和线平衡方法,对产线进行流程分析、方法研究、工位细分和作业测定,平衡工位间作业时间,消除等待、动作等浪费,取得了生产线平衡率提升22%,产能提升55.5%的效果。 In recent years,problems such as"labor shortage",difficult recruitment and high labor costs have had a great impact on manufacturing enterprises,and enterprises urgently need to improve production efficiency to break through the employment dilemma.Taking the 280 power battery assembly line of E company's aerial work platform as the research object,and aiming at the problems of line imbalance and insufficient production capacity,it uses the methods of ECRS and line balance to carry out process analysis,method research,station segmentation and operation measurement on the production line,balances the working time between stations,eliminates the waste of waiting and action,and realizes the balance rate of the production line to increase by 22%and the production capacity to increase by 55.5%.
