摘要
针对目前使用的深部位移监测系统普遍采用的基于角度传感器的地下位移监测方式所存在的采集数据不能准确反应岩土体形变程度,难以对多个滑面同时监测等问题,设计了一种基于MEMS的多滑面深部位移监测装置。装置采用STM32嵌入式控制器和SCL3300传感器,运用欧拉角法,实现对地下多滑面的位移数据采集及监测单元的空间姿态解算,完成多滑面深部位移监测工作。实验表明:该装置具备检测微小位移(最少0.5 mm的位移量变化)、解算数据准确(相对误差保持在±2%以内)、多滑面同时监测等优点,能够有效解决多滑面边坡的深部位移监测问题。
Aiming at the problems that the acquisition data of the underground displacement monitoring method based on the angle sensor commonly used in the deep displacement monitoring system cannot accurately reflect the degree of deformation of the rock and soil body,and it is difficult to monitor multiple slip surfaces at the same time. One multi-slip surface deep displacement monitoring device based on MEMS has been designed. The device adopts STM32 embedded algorithm and SCL3300 sensor,and uses Euler angle method to realize the spatial attitude calculation of the displacement data acquisition and monitoring unit of the underground multi-slip surface,and complete the multi-slip surface deep displacement monitoring work. Experiments show that the device has the advantages of detecting small displacements(at least 0.5 mm of displacement change),accurate solution data(relative error is maintained within ±2%),multi-slip surface simultaneous monitoring etc,which can effectively solve the problem of deep displacement monitoring of multi-slip surface slopes.
