摘要
以轨道车辆地板粘接组件、防寒材粘接组件及其组成材料——胶粘剂、地板、地板布和防寒材为研究对象,探究了胶粘剂对粘接组件气味释放的影响。结果表明,胶粘剂对地板粘接组件和防寒材粘接组件的气味影响在前21 d内均较大,且前期处于主导地位。在满足粘接性能的前提下,选择挥发性有机化合物(VOC)和气味水平更优的胶粘剂可明显改善粘接组件的环保性能。
The effect of adhesives on the odor release of bonding components was explored by taking railway vehicle floor bonding components, cold-proof bonding components and their constituent materials—adhesive, floor, floor cloth and cold-proof as the research objects.The research shows that the influence of adhesives on the odor of floor bonding components and cold-proof bonding components is greater in the first 21 days, and it is dominant in the early stage.Under the premise of satisfying the bonding performance, choosing adhesives with better VOC and odor level can significantly improve the environmental performance of bonding components.
