桥梁伸缩缝用聚合物混凝土抗压/抗折及粘接性能测试研究 被引量:9

摘要 针对桥梁接缝用混凝土性能差,无法满足桥梁伸缩缝过渡区要求的问题,提出一种聚合物——环氧树脂混凝土,并以力学性能和耐久性为指标,研究了制备的桥梁伸缩缝过渡区环氧树脂混凝土的性能。结果表明:桥梁伸缩缝过渡区环氧树脂混凝土砂浆初凝时间高于30 min;3 d养护龄期的桥梁伸缩缝过渡区环氧树脂混凝土的抗压强度、抗折强度、粘接强度分别为88.8、20.6和2.73 MPa,弹性模量为13.7 GPa,表现出良好的工作性能;经过紫外老化和湿热老化处理后,力学性能仍旧超过国家水泥混凝土路面设计特重交通等级水凝混凝土强度规定,表现出良好的耐老化性能。 In view of the poor mechanical properties and aging resistance of ordinary bridge joint concrete, which can not meet the requirements of bridge expansion joint transition zone, a new preparation of epoxy resin concrete in bridge expansion joint transition zone is proposed.Taking the mechanical properties and durability as the index, the working performance of epoxy resin concrete in Bridge expansion joint transition zone is studied.The specific test results are as follows: the initial setting time of epoxy resin concrete mortar in the transition area of bridge expansion joint is higher than 30 min;The compressive strength, flexural strength and bond strength of epoxy resin concrete in the transition area of bridge expansion joint in 3 d curing age are 88.8 MPa, 20.6 MPa and 2.73 MPa respectively, and the elastic modulus is 13.7 GPa, showing good working performance.After UV aging and damp heat aging treatment, the mechanical properties still exceed the strength requirements of hydraulic concrete with special traffic grade in the design of national cement concrete pavement, showing good aging resistance.
