摘要
对高效液相色谱内标法测定甲基苯丙胺含量的不确定度进行评定。根据GB/T 29636-2013建立数学模型,分析了影响测量不确定度的主要来源,最终确定了测量结果的合成不确定度和扩展不确定度。当样品中甲基苯丙胺的质量分数测定值为76.6%时,扩展不确定度为2.6%(k=2)。
The uncertainty of determination of methamphetamine by HPLC internal standard method was evaluated.According to GB/T 29636-2013,a mathematical model was established,and the main sources of influencing measurement uncertainty were analyzed.In the measurement, Finally,the combined uncertainty and expanded uncertainty of the measurement results are determined. When the mass fraction of methamphetamine in the sample was 76.6%,the expanded uncertainty was 2.6%(k=2).
