摘要
目的探讨激励机制在军队医院聘用医护人员管理中的应用效果。方法抽取2020年1月-2021年1月解放军63750部队医院聘用医护人员70人作为研究对象,采取随机抽样的方式分为观察组与对照组,每组35人。对照组采取常规管理,观察组的医护人员采取激励机制予以干预,1年后对两组医护人员的政治素质、业务能力、工作成绩、组织纪律进行综合评估。结果相对于对照组,处于激励机制管理模式下的医护人员政治素质、业务能力、工作成绩、各方面均具有相应提高(P<0.05);两组组织纪律方面比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在对军队医院聘用医护人员管理中,应用激励机制进行干预有助于提高医护人员的整体素质,对建设高素质、高水平的医护队伍具有积极作用。
Objective To study the application effect of incentive mechanism on the management of medical personnel employed in military hospital.Methods A total of 70 medical staff employed in 63750 Military Hospital of the People’s Liberation Army were selected as research objects,and were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 35 people in each group.The control group adopted routine management,and the medical staff in the observation group adopted incentive mechanism to intervene.One year later,the political quality,professional ability,work performance,organizational discipline and other aspects of the medical staff in the two groups were comprehensively evaluated.Results Compared with the control group,the political quality,professional ability,work performance of the medical staff under the incentive mechanism management mode were improved(P<0.05),and there was no statistical difference between the groups in terms of the compliance of organization and discipline.Conclusion In the management of medical staff employed by military hospital,the intervention of incentive mechanism is helpful to improve the overall quality of medical staff,and plays a positive role in the construction of high-quality and high-level medical staff.
