前期饲粮非植酸磷水平对仔鹅后期体重、血液指标和骨骼指标的影响 被引量:1

Effects of Dietary Non-Phytate Phosphorus Level in Early Stage on Growth Performance,Blood Indicators and Bone Indicators of Goslings in Later Stage

摘要 本试验旨在研究前期饲粮非植酸磷(NPP)水平对仔鹅后期体重、血液指标和骨骼指标的影响。选用1日龄江南白鹅公雏300只,随机分为5个处理,每个处理6个重复,每个重复10只鹅。仔鹅前期(1~35日龄)分别饲喂NPP水平为0.18%、0.28%、0.38%(对照组)、0.48%和0.58%的玉米-豆粕型饲粮,后期(36~63日龄)统一饲喂正常NPP水平(0.35%)的玉米-豆粕型饲粮。结果显示:42日龄时,0.18%组仔鹅血清钙含量、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)活性和中趾骨钙含量显著低于0.28%和对照组(P<0.05),0.58%组仔鹅体重、胫骨钙含量和中趾骨钙含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05),胫骨磷含量和胫骨灰分钙含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。63日龄时,0.28%组仔鹅血清ALP活性、胫骨钙含量显著高于其他组(P<0.05),其余各组之间无显著差异(P>0.05)。综上得出,后期(36~63日龄)饲喂正常NPP水平(0.35%)饲粮可以缓解前期(1~35日龄)低NPP水平(0.18%)饲粮对仔鹅体重、血液指标和骨骼指标的负面作用;在仔鹅生产中,若后期使用正常NPP水平(0.35%)饲粮,在前期饲粮钙水平为0.80%时建议对应的NPP水平为0.28%~0.38%。 The objective of this experiment was to study the effects of dietary non-phytate phosphorus(NPP)level in early stage on growth performance,blood indicators and bone indicators of goslings in later stage.Two hundred forty male goslings of 1-day-old Jiangnan White geese were randomly divided into 5 treatments with 6 replicates per treatment and 8 geese per replicate.In the early stage(1 to 35 days of age),goslings were fed a maize-soybean meal type diet with the NPP level of 0.18%,0.28%,0.38%(control group),0.48%and 0.58%,respectively;in the later stage(36 to 63 days of age),all goslings were fed a constant regular NPP level(0.35%)maize-soybean meal type diet.The results showed that,at the age of 42 days,the calcium content and alkaline phosphatase activity in serum,and the calcium content in middle phalanx of goslings in the 0.18%group were significantly lower than those in the 0.28%group and control group(P<0.05),the body weight,tibial calcium content,and calcium content in middle phalanx of goslings in the 0.58%group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the tibial phosphorus content and tibial ash calcium content were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).At the age of 63 days,the serum alkaline phosphatase activity of goslings in the 0.28%group was significantly higher than that in the other groups(P<0.05),and no significant difference was observed among the remaining groups(P>0.05).It is concluded that feeding normal NPP level(0.35%)diet in the later stage can alleviate the harmful effects of low NPP level diet on body weight,blood indicators and bone indicators of goslings in the early stage.If the normal NPP level(0.35%)is used in the diet of a later stage,it is recommended that the corresponding NPP level of the early stage should be 0.28%to 0.38%when the calcium level is 0.80%in the production of goslings.
