过瘤胃脂肪对牦牛血清生化指标、内源激素、脂肪合成及代谢相关酶与肉品质的影响 被引量:3

摘要 本试验旨在研究饲粮添加不同水平过瘤胃脂肪(RPF)对牦牛血清生化指标、内源激素、脂肪合成及代谢相关酶与肉品质的影响。试验选择32头4岁左右、体重为(181.55±23.59)kg的健康牦牛,采用随机区组设计分为4个组,分别对照组(CON组,RPF添加水平为0)、试验1组(RPF1组,RPF添加水平为1.2%)、试验2组(RPF2组,RPF添加水平为2.4%)和试验3组(RPF3组,RPF添加水平为3.6%),每组8个重复,每个重复1头牛。预试期10 d,正试期100 d。结果表明:1)随着RPF添加水平的提高,牦牛血清谷草转氨酶(AST)活性呈线性和二次曲线提高(P<0.05),其中RPF2组血清AST活性显著高于CON组、RPF1组和PRF3组(P<0.05);随着RPF添加水平的提高,血清甘油三酯(TG)含量呈线性降低(P<0.05),其中RPF3组血清TG含量显著低于CON组和RPF1组(P<0.05)。2)RPF2组和RPF3组牦牛血清胰岛素(INS)含量显著高于CON组和RPF1组(P<0.05)。3)RPF1组和RPF3组牦牛血清乙酰辅酶A羧化酶(ACCase)活性显著高于CON组(P<0.05)。4)随着RPF添加水平的提高,牦牛背最长肌粗脂肪含量呈线性提高(P<0.05)。5)与CON组相比,饲粮添加不同水平RPF对牦牛肌肉脂肪酸组成无显著影响(P>0.05)。综上所述,饲粮添加RPF能促进牦牛肌内脂肪的沉积,但对牦牛肝脏功能有不利影响。 This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of different dietary levels of rumen protected fat(RPF)on serum biochemical indices,endogenous hormones,enzymes related to fat synthesis and metabolism and meat quality in yaks.Thirty-two healthy yaks of 4-year-old with body weight of(181.55±23.59)kg were randomly divided into 4 groups by a random block design as control group(CON group,RPF supplemental level was 0),experiment group 1(RPF1 group,RPF supplemental level was 1.2%),experiment group 2(RPF2 group,RPF supplemental level was 2.4%)and experiment 3 group(RPF3 group,RPF supplemental level was 3.6%)with 8 replicates per group and 1 cattle per replicate.The pre-experimental period lasted for 10 days,and the experimental period lasted for 100 days.The results showed as follows:1)with the increase of RPF supplemental level,the serum aspartate aminotransferase(AST)activity in yaks was linearly and quadratically increased(P<0.05),and the serum AST activity in RPF2 group was significantly higher than that in CON group,RPF1 group and PRF3 group(P<0.05).With the increase of RPF supplemental level,the serum triglyceride(TG)content was linearly decreased(P<0.05),and the serum TG content in RPF3 group was significantly lower than that in CON group and RPF1 group(P<0.05).2)The serum insulin(INS)content in yaks in RPF2 group and RPF3 group was significantly higher than that in CON group and RPF1 group(P<0.05).3)The serum acetyl-CoA carboxylase(ACCase)activity in RPF1 group and RPF3 group was significantly higher than that in CON group(P<0.05).4)With the increase of RPF supplemental level,the ether extract content in longissimus dorsi muscle in yaks was linearly increased(P<0.05).5)Compared with CON group,different dietary RPF supplemental levels had no significant effects on muscle fatty acid composition in yaks(P>0.05).In conclusion,dietary RPF can promote intramuscular fat deposition,but has adverse effects on liver function of yaks.
