摘要
本试验旨在研究妊娠后期饲粮中添加N-氨甲酰谷氨酸(NCG)对伊犁母马血液参数及新生马驹体重、体尺指标的影响。按照体重、年龄、预产期相近的原则选择30匹妊娠后期[(280±15)d]伊犁母马,随机分为2组,每组15匹,其中对照组饲喂基础饲粮,NCG组在基础饲粮中添加0.17%的NCG。饲喂期共计52 d,其中预试期7 d,正试期45 d,分别于试验的第0、21、45天采集母马血液样品,分离血浆用于血浆参数的测定。结果显示:与对照组相比,NCG组新生马驹的初生重、体高显著提高(P<0.05),胸围、管围极显著提高(P<0.01)。NCG组母马分娩后的妊娠率与对照组相比提高了19.99%(P>0.05)。与对照组相比,在试验第21天,NCG组母马血浆中总一氧化氮合成酶(TNOS)、内皮型一氧化氮合成酶(eNOS)、诱导型一氧化氮合成酶(iNOS)活性差异不显著(P>0.05),一氧化氮(NO)含量极显著提高(P<0.01);在试验第45天,NCG组母马血浆中TNOS、iNOS、eNOS活性极显著降低(P<0.01)。与对照组相比,在试验第0、21天,NCG组母马血浆中尿素氮、氨含量和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性差异不显著(P>0.05);在试验第0天,NCG组母马血浆中超氧化物歧化酶活性和丙二醛含量极显著升高(P<0.01);在试验第45天,NCG组母马血浆中尿素氮和丙二醛含量极显著降低(P<0.01)。试验第0、21、45天,NCG组母马血浆中生长激素、胰岛素生长因子-1含量与对照组相比均差异不显著(P>0.05)。综上可知,在伊犁母马妊娠后期饲粮中添加NCG可提高新生马驹的初生重、体尺指标及改善母马分娩后的妊娠率,提高妊娠后期母马血浆中TNOS、iNOS、eNOS活性和NO含量。NCG可以作为营养调控剂,用于繁殖母马妊娠后期或分娩后改善母马的繁殖力。
The purpose of this experiment was to study the effects of adding N-carbamylglutamic acid(NCG)to the diet in late gestation on the plasma parameters of Yili mares and the body weight and body size indexes of newborn foals.Thirty Yili mares in late gestation[(280±15)d]were selected according to the principle of similar body weight,age,prepartum period and they were randomly divided into 2 groups with 15 horses in each group.Mares in control group were fed a basal diet,and those in NCG group were fed the basal diet supplemented with 0.17%NCG.The feeding period was 52 days in total,of which the preliminary test period was 7 days and the formal test period was 45 days.Blood samples were collected on the 0th,21st and 45th day of the formal test period,respectively.The separated plasma of mares was used for the determination of plasma parameters.The results showed as follow:compared with the control group,the birth weight and body height of newborn foals in the NCG group were significantly improved(P<0.05),and the chest circumference and tube circumference of newborn foals were extremely significantly improved(P<0.01).The pregnancy rate of mares in the NCG group was 19.99%higher than that in the control group(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,on the 21st day of the formal test,there was no significant differences in the activities of total nitric oxide synthase(TNOS),endothelial nitric oxide synthase(eNOS)and inducible nitric oxide synthase(iNOS)in plasma of mares,but the plasma nitric oxide(NO)content was extremely significantly increased of the NCG group(P<0.01);on the 45th of the formal test,the activities of TNOS,iNOS and eNOS in plasma of mares in the NCG group were extremely significantly reduced(P<0.01).Compared with the control group,on the 0th and 21st day of the formal test,the plasma urea nitrogen,ammonia contents and glutathione peroxidase activity of mares in the NCG group had no significant differences(P>0.05);on the 0th day of the formal test,the activity of superoxide dismutase and the content of malondialdehyde in plasma of mares in the NCG group were extremely significantly increased(P<0.01);on the 45th day of the formal test,the urea nitrogen and malondialdehyde contents in plasma of mares in the NCG group were extremely significantly decreased(P<0.01).There were no significant differences in the contents of growth hormone and insulin-like growth factor-1 in plasma between the NCG group and the control group on the 0th,21st and 45th day of the formal test(P>0.05).Therefore,the addition of NCG to the diet of Yili mares in late gestation can increase the birth weight and body size indexes of newborn foals and improve the pregnancy rate of mares after parturition,and increase the activities of TNOS,iNOS,eNOS and the content of NO in plasma of mares in late pregnancy.NCG can be used as a nutritional modifier in late gestation or after parturition of the breeding mares to improve fertility.
