摘要
中国是世界上最大的产茶大国,在产茶的同时也伴随着大量副产物茶梗的生成,茶梗富含纤维素、茶多酚、茶多糖、茶氨酸等营养成分,具有较高的营养价值和开发价值。介绍了茶梗有效成分的提取及纯化、纤维素类产品的制备、茶梗生物吸附功能的应用、培养基的制备,以及在文化创意上面的应用,并展望了茶梗未来的发展趋势,为后期的茶梗的应用提供借鉴。
China is a main country of tea production and consumption,and huge amount of tea stem generates every year,These tea stem products still contain a lot of nutrients such as cellulose、Tea polysaccharide、theanine,which has high nutritional value and development value.This paper introduced extraction and purification of active components、preparation of cellulose products、application of biosorption function of tea stem、preparation of medium and cultural creativity on the application,Finally the future trends of tea stem was prospected.It provided the basis for the later application of tea stem.
