摘要
建设全国统一大市场是构建新发展格局的基础支撑和内在要求,也是完善社会主义市场经济体制的重要一环。改革开放以来,我国通过探索推进中国式现代化道路,逐步形成了全国统一大市场的框架体制,包括规范化的市场主体、具有开放竞争规则的市场机制以及破除地方保护和市场分割的高效流通的区域统一市场。以这三者为主体内容,构成了我国建设全国统一大市场的建构逻辑,即保证市场运行基础的微观逻辑,科学调整政府与市场关系的中观逻辑,推动区域经济一体化的宏观逻辑。随着改革的深入发展,建设全国统一大市场的实践经验和基础条件得到不断丰富和完善,未来还需进一步强化顶层设计,转变政府职能,为市场主体提供更加公平有序的市场运行机制,以高标准完善基础设施,促进各区域市场走专业化发展道路,扩大区域经济一体化发展范围,加快推进全国统一大市场建设。
Abstrct:development pattern,and it is also an important part of improving the socialist market economic system. Since the reform and opening up,China has gradually formed a framework system for a unified national market by exploring and promoting the path of Chinese-style modernization,including standardized market entities,a market mechanism with open competition rules,and an efficient regional unified market that breaks local protection and market segmentation. With these three as the main content,it constitutes the construction logic of China’s construction of a unified national market,that is,the micro logic that ensures the basis of market operation,the meso logic of scientifically adjusting the relationship between the government and the market,and the macro logic of promoting regional economic integration. With the in-depth development of reform,the practical experience and basic conditions for building a unified national market have been continuously enriched and improved,and in the future,it is necessary to further strengthen the top-level design,transform government functions,provide market entities with a more fair and orderly market operation mechanism,improve infrastructure with high standards,promote regional markets to take the path of professional development,expand the scope of regional economic integration,and accelerate the construction of a unified national market.
