摘要
目的 探讨宫内胎儿T12椎体骨化中心大小随孕周的变化关系,绘制其生长曲线。方法 选取23~38孕周82例宫内胎儿行全脊柱SWI扫描,测量T12椎体骨化中心的高度、前后径、左右径及正中矢状位面积,建立相关线性回归方程。结果 胎儿T12椎体骨化中心高度、前后径、左右径及正中矢状位面积与孕周的线性回归方程分别为:T12椎体骨化中心高度(cm)=-0.143+0.020×孕周(R2=0.923,P<0.05)、前后径(cm)=-0.421+0.031×孕周(R2=0.926,P<0.05)、左右径(cm)=-0.464+0.039×孕周(R2=0.925,P<0.05)、正中矢状位面积(cm2)=-0.509+0.022×孕周(R2=0.944,P<0.05)。T12椎体骨化中心发育不存在性别差异。结论 孕中晚期宫内胎儿T12椎体骨化中心高度、前后径、左右径及正中矢状位面积与孕周呈高度线性相关,是评估胎儿脊柱发育的可靠指标。
Objective To study the changing relationship between the normal fetal T12 vertebral ossification center in utero and gestational ages. Methods The MRI was performed on 82 fetuses in utero ranging from 23 to 38 gestational weeks with sequence of the whole spine SWI. The height, the anteroposterior diameter, the left-right diameter and the sagittal area of T12 vertebral ossification center were measured. Liner regression equations were established. Results The linear regression equations between T12 vertebral ossification center height, anteroposterior diameter, left and right diameter, and sagittal area and gestational ages were as follows: T12 vertebral ossification center height(cm)=-0.143+0.020 × gestational age(R~2=0.923, P<0.05);anteroposterior diameter(cm)=-0.421+0.031 × gestational age(R~2=0.926, P<0.05);left and right diameter(cm)=-0.464+0.039 × gestational age(R~2=0.925, P<0.05);and sagittal area(cm~2)=-0.509+0.022 × gestational age(R~2=0.944, P<0.05). No significant differences were observed between the values of the parameters studied and sex. Conclusion The relationship between the height, the anteroposterior diameter, the left and right diameter and the sagittal area of the ossification center of the T12 vertebral body shows a strongly linear correlation with gestational age in the second and third trimester fatal specimens, which is a reliable index for evaluating the growth of the fetal spine.
