摘要
进入新时代,我国踏上了全面建设社会主义现代化国家、向第二个百年奋斗目标进军的新征程。形势的新变化,发展的新任务,迫切要求大力提升高端创新人才自主培养能力,培养造就一支高端创新人才队伍。近些年,我国创新人才自主培养能力虽然得到稳步提升,但与发达国家相比,在培养高端创新人才特别是世界一流人才方面仍然存在较大差距。为切实解决这一突出问题,需要研究制定提升高端创新人才自主培养能力战略,推进创新人才自主培养体系的现代化,为创新人才的成长创造良好环境。
Entering the new era, China has embarked on a new journey of building a modern socialist country and marching towards the second centenary goal. The new changes in the circumstances and the new development tasks urgently require the vigorous enhancement of the independent cultivation capacity of top-level innovative talents and the incubation of a team of toplevel innovative talents. In recent years, China’s independent training capacity of innovative talents has been steadily improved, but compared with developed countries, there is still a large gap in the cultivation of top innovative talents, especially world-class talents.In order to effectively solve this outstanding problem, it is necessary to develop a strategy to enhance the independent cultivation capacity, promote the modernization of the independent cultivation system, and create a favorable environment for the growth of innovative talents.
