摘要
目的:探究情景模拟教学对眼科手术室实习生心理状态和临床教学效果的影响。方法:选取2019年3月-2021年3月某院的102名眼科手术室实习生为研究对象,以2019年3月-2020年2月收治的51名实习生为对照组,给予传统临床带教教学法,以2020年3月-2021年3月收治的51名实习生为观察组,给予情景模拟教学。比较两组心理状态[焦虑自评表(SAS)、抑郁自评表(SDS)]、自我导向学习能力[自我导向学习能力评定量表(SRSSDL)]、自主学习能力、评判性思维能力[评判性思维能力测量表(CTDI-CV)]及教学效果。结果:教学后,观察组SAS评分和SDS评分均明显低于对照组(t=3.116,3.036;P<0.01),SRSSDL量表各维度评分均明显高于对照组(t=4.013,3.510,5.193,3.579,3.960;P<0.01),自主学习能力评价量表各维度评分均明显高于对照组(t=8.620,3.653,4.438,3.591;P<0.01),CTDI-CV各维度评分均明显高于对照组(t=5.692,3.704,2.198,4.176,5.356;P<0.05),理论考试成绩和技能操作成绩均明显高于对照组(t=8.569,6.758;P<0.001)。结论:给予眼科手术室实习生情景模拟教学,可改善眼科手术室实习生心理状态,增强自我导向学习能力和自主学习能力,增加评判性思维能力,提升教学效果。
Objective:To explore the influence of situational simulation teaching on the psychological state and clinical teaching effect of ophthalmic operating room interns.Methods:A total of 102 ophthalmic operating room interns in our hospital from March 2019 to March 2021 were selected as the study subjects.51 interns admitted from March 2019 to February 2020 were selected as the control group,and 51 interns admitted from March 2020 to March 2021 were selected as the observation group which were given situational simulation teaching.The two groups were compared in terms of psychological status[SELF-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),self-rating depression Scale(SDS)],self-directed learning ability[Self-directed Learning Ability Rating Scale(SRSSDL)],autonomous learning ability,critical thinking ability[CTDI-CV]and teaching effect.Results:After teaching,SAS score and SDS score of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(t=3.116,3.036;P<0.01),and SRSSDL score was significantly higher than that of the control group(t=4.013,3.510,5.193,3.579,3.960;P<0.01).The scores of all dimensions of the independent learning ability evaluation scale were significantly higher than those of the control group(t=8.620,3.653,4.438,3.591;P<0.01).Ctdi-cv scores of all dimensions were significantly higher than those of the control group(t=5.692,3.704,2.198,4.176,5.356;P<0.05),and theoretical test scores and skill operation scores were significantly higher than those of the control group(t=8.569,6.758;P<0.001).Conclusion:Scenario simulation teaching for ophthalmic operating room interns can improve the psychological state of ophthalmic operating room interns,enhance self-directed learning ability and autonomous learning ability,increase critical thinking ability,and improve the teaching effect.
