摘要
通过《高层建筑混凝土结构技术规程:广东省标准DBJ/T 15-92—2021》[1]与《建筑抗震设计规范(2016年版):GB 50011—2010》[2]、《高层建筑混凝土结构技术规程:JGJ 3—2010》[3]抗震构造等级确定原则的对比分析,指出文献[2]和文献[3]的三大原则——“设防烈度原则”“、高度原则”和“构件原则”没有一个原则是统一执行的;基于“R-μ规律”进一步指出“设防烈度原则”不遵循“R-μ规律”、“高度原则”与“R-μ规律”背道而驰的原则缺陷,而“构件原则”相关的调整则存在双重破坏“R-μ规律”、不同柱构件安全度不同及跨越“临界值”时出现不合理的突变等问题。详细介绍了文献[1]抗震构造等级方面的规定及设计思想,说明和论证了其构造等级与性能水准对应的原则基本完全遵循了“R-μ规律”,且在合理评估风险与投资的平衡上,有更好的灵活性。根据《建筑与市政工程抗震通用规范:GB 55002—2021》[4]性能要求的规定精神,对文献[1]确定抗震构造等级的执行方式提出了建议解决方案。
With regard to the determination principle of the requirement for members of special seismic design grade in the newly revised Guangdong provincial standard“Technical specification for concrete structures of tall buildings”,national standard“Code for seismic design of buildings”and the industrial standard“Technical specification for concrete structures of tall building”,through comparative analysis,it is pointed out that none of the three principles of the latter two –“seismic fortification intensity principle”,“height principle " and " component principle”is uniformly implemented;Based on the“R-μ relations”,it is further pointed out that“seismic fortification intensity principle”does not follow it and“height principle”run counter to it,so there are principle defects;At the same time,the adjustment related to the“member principle”has some problems,such as double destruction of the“R-μ relations”,different safety degrees of different column members, and unreasonable sudden changes when crossing the “critical value”. This paper introduces in detail the provisions and design ideas of requirement for members of special seismic design grade in Guangdong code,explains and demonstrates that its principle of corresponding seismic grade and performance level basically fully follows the“R-μ relations”,and has better flexibility in reasonably evaluating the balance between risk and investment. According to the purpose of the performance requirements of the“general code for seismic design of buildings and municipal engineering”,puts forward some suggestions and solutions on how to determine the implementation mode of the requirement for members of special seismic design grade in Guangdong code.
