摘要
建筑师负责制是近年来工程建设领域改革和探索的热点。本文简要阐述了建筑师负责制的概念及内涵,基于EPC项目发包阶段及发包范围分析了总承包单位的设计工作内容及其设计工作特点,通过对比DBB模式进一步深入剖析了EPC项目建筑师负责制的责任主体,构建了EPC项目建筑师负责制组织架构,并从主体单位、工作职责和管理要求等方面探讨了EPC项目建筑师负责制工作要求,以期为EPC项目建筑师负责制的实施提供一些参考。
Architect responsibility system has been a hotspot of reform and exploration in the field of engineering construction in recent years. This paper briefly expounds the concept and connotation of architect responsibility system, analyzes the design work content and design work characteristics of the general contractor based on EPC project contracting stage and scope,further analyzes the responsibility entity of EPC project architect responsibility system by comparing DBB mode, and establishes the organizational structure of EPC project architect responsibility system, then it discusses the work requirements of EPC project architect responsibility system from the aspects of the main unit,work responsibilities and management requirements, so as to provide some references for the implementation of the EPC project architect responsibility system.
