尽人性与尽物性——基于朱熹《中庸》诠释的考察

摘要 关于尽人性和尽物性,朱熹有着细致且深刻的论述。朱熹认为人性和物性的关系展现出双重向度:理同气异、理异气同。参赞天地化育以尽己性、尽人性、尽物性为进路。其中,尽己性的前提是知性与尽心;尽人性是尽己性在政治哲学向度上的延伸;尽物性则既是融通人与万物的哲学命题,也是人按照自身需要而合理利用万物的实践纲领。朱熹对人性和物性的解读综合了孟子性善论和告子“生之谓性”,且在与禅宗“作用是性”的斗争中进一步确证自身理论。 There is a detailed and profound discussion on how to accomplish human’s nature and natural things’nature in Zhu Xi’s theory.Zhu Xi thought that the relationship between human nature and natural things’nature shows a dual dimension:Li is the same,Qi is different,and the converse.The universal harmony contains accom⁃plishing their own nature,others’nature and natural things’nature.The premise of accomplishing their own nature is knowing their nature and mind:accomplishing others’nature relates to political philosophy;accomplishing natural things’nature is not only a philosophical proposition which integrating human and all things,but also a practical prin⁃ciple for human to make rational use of all things.Zhu Xi’s interpretation of human nature and natural things’nature comprehensively transformed Mencius’s theory of good nature and Gao’s“nature is innate”,and further confirmed his theory in the struggle with Dhyana’s“function is human nature”.
