慢性根尖周炎患者根尖肉芽肿组织IL-1β、IL-24变化及与根尖周骨吸收的相关性分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨慢性根尖周炎(CAP)患者根尖肉芽肿组织白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、白细胞介素-24(IL-24)变化及与根尖周骨吸收的相关性。方法选取2020年5月—2022年5月诊治的CAP 90例作为CAP组,提取根尖肉芽肿组织,根据炎症程度将其进一步分为重度炎症组(43例)和轻中度炎症组(47例),根据根尖周病变范围最大径将其进一步分为A组(最大径≥6 mm,39例)和B组(最大径3~6 mm,51例)。另选取同期诊治的正畸拔牙50例作为对照组,提取根尖健康牙龈组织。比较CAP组根尖肉芽肿组织与对照组健康牙龈组织及CAP重度炎症组与轻中度炎症组、A组与B组根尖肉芽肿组织IL-1β和IL-24表达水平,采用Pearson相关性分析探讨CAP患者根尖肉芽肿组织IL-1β和IL-24表达水平与根尖周骨吸收面积的相关性。结果IL-1β和IL-24表达水平CAP组根尖肉芽肿组织高于对照组根尖健康牙龈组织;根尖肉芽肿组织IL-1β和IL-24表达水平CAP重度炎症组高于轻中度炎症组,CAP A组高于B组(P<0.01)。Pearson相关性分析结果显示,CAP患者根尖肉芽肿组织IL-1β和IL-24表达水平与根尖周骨吸收面积均呈正相关(r=0.723、0.707,P<0.001)。结论CAP患者根尖肉芽肿组织IL-1β和IL-24表达水平升高,二者表达水平与根尖周炎症程度及骨吸收面积密切相关。 Objective To analyze the changes in interleukin-1β(IL-1β)and interleukin-24(IL-24)in apical granuloma tissues and their correlation with periapical bone resorption in patients with chronic apical periodontitis(CAP).Methods Ninety patients with CAP from May 2020 to May 2022 were selected as CAP group.The apical granuloma tissues were extracted and the patients were further divided into severe inflammation group(n=43)and mild-to-moderate inflammation group(n=47)according to the degree of inflammation,and according to the maximum diameter of periapical lesions,they were further divided into group A(the maximum diameter≥6 mm,n=39)and group B(the maximum diameter of 3-6 mm,n=51).Another 50 patients undergoing extraction orthodontic treatment during the same period were enrolled as control group,and their normal healthy apical tissues were extracted.The expression levels of IL-1βand IL-24 in apical granuloma tissues in the CAP group were compared with the healthy gingival tissue in control group,and the above indicators in apical granuloma tissues were compared between severe inflammation group and mild-to-moderate inflammation group and between group A and group B.Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlation between the expression levels of IL-1βand IL-24 in apical granuloma tissues and apical bone resorption area in patients with CAP.Results The expression levels of IL-1βand IL-24 in apical granuloma tissues of CAP group were higher than those in normal healthy apical tissues in control group;the expression levels of IL-1βand IL-24 in apical granuloma tissues were higher in severe inflammation group than those in mild-to-moderate inflammation group,and the expression levels were also higher in group A than in group B(P<0.01).Pearson correlation analysis showed that the expression levels of IL-1βand IL-24 in apical granuloma tissues were positively correlated with apical bone resorption area(r=0.723,0.707,P<0.05).Conclusion The expressions of IL-1βand IL-24 are up-regulated in apical granuloma tissues of patients with CAP,which are closely related to the inflammation degree and bone resorption area.
