摘要
为解决太平湾水电站1号机组事故停机系统存在的缺陷,2021年结合机组B级检修进行了改造,改造方案采用全新的事故配压阀、最小压力阀等设备,重新设计事故停机系统,改造后事故停机系统的可靠性更高,系统更为简单,维护更加方便。笔者重点介绍太平湾水电站机组改造前、后事故停机系统的组成及工作原理及改造的效果,并从技术方面对目前仍设有事故油罐的水电站取消事故油罐的可行性进行了论证。该改造的实施可为当前不安装或无快速关闭功能事故闸门而采用事故油罐的水电站改造事故停机系统提供参考和借鉴。
In order to solve the defects of the emergency shutdown system of Unit 1 of Taipingwan Hydropower Station, the B-level maintenance of the unit was reformed in 2021. The new emergency distributing valve,minimum pressure valve and other equipment were adopted in the transformation scheme, and the emergency shutdown system was redesigned. After the transformation, the emergency shutdown system has higher reliability,simpler system and more convenient maintenance. The author mainly introduces the composition, working principle of the emergency shutdown system before and after the unit transformation of Taipingwan Hydropower Station and the effect of the transformation, and demonstrates the feasibility of canceling the emergency tank in the hydropower station which still has the emergency tank from the technical aspect. The implementation of this transformation can provide reference for the reconstruction of emergency shutdown system of hydropower stations that do not install or have no fast closing function accident gates and use emergency tanks.
