摘要
【目的】观察培元养心针灸法治疗膝骨关节炎的临床疗效。【方法】将80例膝骨关节炎患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各40例,观察组给予培元养心针灸法治疗,对照组给予塞来昔布胶囊治疗。5 d为1个疗程,疗程间休息2 d,共治疗3个疗程。治疗3周后,评价2组临床疗效,观察2组患者治疗前后西安大略和麦克马斯特大学骨关节炎指数(WOMAC)评分的变化情况,比较2组患者治疗前后简明生活质量量表(SF-36)评分的变化情况。【结果】(1)观察组总有效率为95.00%(38/40),对照组为77.50%(31/40),观察组疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)治疗后,2组患者的WOMAC各维度评分均明显改善(P<0.05),且观察组在改善WOMAC各维度评分方面明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(3)治疗后,2组患者的SF-36评分明显改善(P<0.05),且观察组在改善SF-36评分方面明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。【结论】培元养心针灸法治疗膝骨关节炎,能明显改善患者的关节功能,提高患者生活质量,疗效显著。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Peiyuan Yangxin acupcture and moxibustion therapy in treating knee osteoarthritis(KOA). Methods Eighty patients with KOA were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 40 patients in each group. After 3 weeks of treatment,the clinical efficacy of the two groups was evaluated, and the changes in the Western Ontario and McMaster Universities Arthritis Index(WOMAC)scores were observed before and after treatment,and the changes in the 36-Item Short-Form Health Survey(SF-36)scores were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results (1)The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.00%(38/40),compared with 77.50%(31/40)in the control group.The efficacy of the observation group was superior to that of the control group,the difference being statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)After treatment, the WOMAC scores of patients in both groups were significantly improved(P<0.05),and the observation group was significantly superior to the control group in improving the WOMAC scores in all dimensions,the difference being statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)After treatment,the SF-36 scores of the two groups were significantly improved(P<0.05), and the observation group was significantly superior to the control group in improving the SF-36 scores, the difference being statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Peiyuan Yangxin acupcture and moxibustion therapy for KOA has significant effects in alleviating the patient’s joint function and improving the patient’s quality of life with remarkable efficacy.
