摘要
灸量与灸效密切相关,而灸量增加与创新灸法、艾炷大小、壮数多少、灸治时间、施灸频次、灸温、灸感等量学要素相关。从灸量增加的临床应用现状及其成因两方面探讨加大灸量对灸效的影响,认为艾灸治疗量的增加对治疗艾灸优势病种疗效显著,以灸量大为艾灸特色开展临床诊疗工作将是艾灸发展的新趋势,进而讨论当前灸量增加研究的问题和不足,以期为后续研究提供新思路与新方法。
Moxibustion quantity is closely related to the effect of moxibustion and moxibustion increase and moxibustion and moxa wick size, strong innovation and count how many, moxibustion treat time, frequency, temperature of moxibustion, moxibustion feeling equal factors related, from the status quo of clinical application of moxibustion quantity increases and causes from two aspects of the moxibustion effect of the increased amount of moxibustion, think that the increased amount of moxibustion therapy for the treatment of moxibustion advantage disease curative effect is distinct.It will be a new trend for the development of moxibustion to carry out clinical diagnosis and treatment with the characteristics of moxibustion with a large amount of moxibustion, and then discuss the problems and shortcomings of the current research on the increase of moxibustion, in order to provide new ideas and new methods for subsequent research.
