摘要
现如今,城市化发展如火如荼,城市中各个大型商业综合体的数量也与日俱增。但是因大型商业综合体有着空间跨度过大、功能多元、主体多样等显著特点,加大了消防监督管理工作难度。故此,首先分析大型商业综合体消防监督管理的基本要点,其次总结大型商业综合体消防监督管理面临的困难,最后结合自身的消防监督管理工作经验,总结出行之有效的应对措施,以期强化大型商业综合体消防监督管理效果,减少火灾事故的发生。
Nowadays,the development of urbanization is in full swing,and the number of large commercial complexes in the city is also increasing day by day.However,due to the remarkable characteristics of large commercial complexes such as excessive spatial span,multiple functions,and diverse subjects,the difficulties of fire supervision and management have increased.Therefore,the paper analyzes the basic points of fire supervision and management of large commercial complexes.Then,the difficulties faced by the fire supervision and management of large commercial complexes are summarized.Finally,combined with fire supervision and management work experience,effective countermeasures are summarized.It is hoped to strengthen the effect of fire supervision and management of large commercial complexes and reduce the occurrence of fire accidents.
