摘要
文章查阅了近十年自血疗法治疗黄褐斑的相关文献资料,结果发现自血疗法治疗黄褐斑以联合治疗为主,在临床上能够进一步提高黄褐斑的疗效,但其临床研究有限、作用机制不明,且缺乏后期随访资料。为了更好地指导临床,今后可设计更加科学严谨的研究实验,探究自血疗法治疗黄褐斑的作用机制,深入系统地进行研究。
This study show that the treatment of melasma by autohemotherapy is mainly combined therapy and further improve the curative effect in clinic, which reviewed the literature in recent ten years.However, the clinical research of autohemotherapy in treatment of chloasma is limited, the mechanism of action is unknown, and there is a lack of follow-up data.In order to better guide clinical practice, In the future, more scientific and rigorous research experiments can be designed to explore the mechanism of autohemotherapy in the treatment of chloasma, Conduct in-depth and systematic research.
