摘要
目的观察温阳益气汤治疗慢性心力衰竭患者的临床效果。方法选取2018年3月至2020年3月温州市中医院收治的60例慢性心力衰竭患者,按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组各30例。对照组患者接受西医常规治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上给予温阳益气汤治疗。比较两组患者的中医证候积分、心功能分级、左心室泵血功能指标及再住院率。结果治疗后,观察组患者的气短、肢体肿胀、乏力证候积分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的心功能分级显著优于对照组(P<0.05),左心室射血分数、短轴缩短率、每搏输出量均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。随访1年,观察组患者的心力衰竭再住院率显著低于对照组(10.00%vs.33.33%,χ^(2)=4.812,P=0.029)。结论温阳益气汤治疗慢性心力衰竭患者可改善其临床症状,促进心功能恢复。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Wenyang Yiqi decoction on patients with chronic heart failure.Methods Sixty patients with chronic heart failure admitted to Wenzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2018 to March 2020 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received conventional western medicine treatment,and the observation group received Wenyang Yiqi decoction on the basis of the control group.The TCM syndrome scores,cardiac function grading,left ventricular pumping function indexes,and rehospitalization rate were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the syndrome scores of shortness of breath,limb swelling and fatigue in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The cardiac function grading of observation group was significantly better than that of control group(P<0.05),and left ventricular ejection fraction,fractional shortening and stroke volume were significantly higher than those of control group(P<0.05).At one year follow-up,patients in observation group had significantly lower heart failure rehospitalization rate than that in control group(10.00%vs.33.33%,χ^(2)=4.812,P=0.029).Conclusion In the treatment of chronic heart failure,Wenyang Yiqi decoction can improve the clinical symptoms,promote the recovery of cardiac function.
