三角形定位法在新生儿疾病筛查血标本采集中的应用效果 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨足跟两侧定位法与三角形定位法在新生儿疾病筛查血标本采集中的应用效果。方法选取2021年1月至2022年5月在瑞金市妇幼保健院进行疾病筛查的82例新生儿作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组(n=41)与观察组(n=41)。对照组采用足跟两侧定位法,观察组采用三角形定位法。两组均观察至采血结束后24h。比较两组新生儿采血时间、采血后24h红肿瘀斑消退情况、穿刺时疼痛评分、穿刺一次成功率、血标本合格率及干预后的满意度。结果观察组采血时间短于对照组,穿刺时疼痛评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组穿刺一次成功率、血标本合格率、采血后24h红肿瘀斑消退率均高于对照组,干预后观察组的总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用三角形定位法在新生儿疾病筛查的过程中对血液标本进行采集,其能够缩短穿刺时间,减少新生儿足跟红肿瘀斑的发生,有效提高标本合格率、一次穿刺成功率,整体满意度较高。 Objective To explore the application effects of bilateral heel positioning and triangular positioning in blood sample collection for neonatal disease screening.Methods A total of 82 neonates who underwent disease screening in Ruijin Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2021 to May 2022 were selected for the study and were divided into the control group(n=41)and the observation group(n=41)according to the random number table method.Neonatal heel positioning method was used in the control group and triangular positioning method was used in the observation group.The blood collection time in the two groups was 24 hours after blood collection.The time of blood collection,resolution of swelling and ecchymosis at 24 hours after blood collection,pain score during puncture,success rate of puncture at one time,qualified rate of blood samples and satisfaction after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results The blood collection time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,and the pain score during puncture was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The one-time success rate of puncture,the qualified rate of blood samples and the resolution rate of swelling and ecchymosis at 24 hours after blood collection in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group;and after intervention,the total satisfaction degree in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Using the triangle positioning method to collect blood samples in the process of neonatal disease screening can shorten the puncture time,reduce the occurrence of neonatal heel redness,swelling and ecchymosis,and effectively improve the qualified rate of specimens and the success rate of one puncture,and the overall satisfaction is higher degree.
