摘要
为了解日粮中添加石吊兰粉对三穗鸭产蛋性能及蛋品质的影响,试验将72只36周龄三穗鸭母鸭随机分为4组,分别为试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组及对照组,每组3个重复,每个重复6只。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组分别饲喂基础日粮加2%、4%、6%的石吊兰粉,预试期为7 d,正试期为28 d。试验结束后测定产蛋性能指标(日均蛋重、日均产蛋量、日均采食量、料蛋比)、蛋品质指标(蛋形指数、蛋壳强度、蛋壳厚度、蛋黄重、蛋白高度、哈氏单位、蛋黄颜色)。结果表明:试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组日均产蛋量均高于对照组,其中试验Ⅱ、Ⅲ组比对照组高16.61%、12.45%,差异显著(P<0.05);试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组料蛋比均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),其中试验Ⅱ组比对照组低20.19%。各组间蛋形指数、蛋壳厚度、蛋白高度和哈氏单位差异不显著(P>0.05)。试验Ⅱ、Ⅲ组的蛋壳强度比对照组高14.88%、11.18%,差异显著(P<0.05);试验Ⅱ组蛋黄重比对照组高15.22%,差异显著(P<0.05)。试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组的蛋黄颜色均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。说明日粮中添加石吊兰粉能够提高三穗鸭的产蛋量,降低料蛋比,增加蛋壳强度和蛋黄重,降低蛋黄颜色,对蛋形指数、蛋壳厚度、蛋白高度和哈氏单位无显著影响,添加量为4%时效果最佳。
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of diet supplemented with Lysionotius pauciflorus Maxim(LPM)powder on laying performance and egg quality of Sansui ducks.Seventy-two 36-week-old female Sansui laying ducks were randomly divided into 4 treatment groups,namely test groupsⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲand control group.Each group had 3 replicates and each replicate had 6 ducks.The animals in the control group was fed a basal diet,while the animals in the test groupsⅠ,ⅡandⅢwere fed a basal diet supplemented with 2%,4%and 6%LPM powder,respectively.The pre-feeding period was 7 days and the formal period was 28 days.The egg performance indexes(average egg weight per day,average feed intake,average egg production rate,ratio of feed to egg)and egg quality indexes(egg shape index,eggshell strength,eggshell thickness,yolk weight,protein height,Haugh unit,yolk color)were determined after the experiment.The results showed that the average daily egg production in all the test groups were higher than that in the control group,and the egg yield in the test groupsⅡandⅢwas increased by 16.61%and 12.45%than that in the control group(P<0.05).The ratio of feed to egg in all the test groups was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and that in the test groupⅡwas 20.19%lower than that in the control group.There was no significant difference in egg-shaped index,eggshell thickness,egg white height and Haugh unit among all groups(P>0.05).The eggshell strength in the test groupsⅡandⅢwas significantly increased by 14.88%and 11.18%than that in the control group,which had significant difference(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,yolk weight in the test groupⅡwas increased by 15.22%(P<0.05).Yolk color in the three experimental groups was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The results indicated that the diet supplemented with LPM powder could increase egg yield,reduce the feed to egg ratio of Sansui ducks,increase eggshell strength and egg yolk weight,and decrease egg yolk color.There were no significant changes in egg shape index,eggshell thickness,egg white height and Haugh unit,and the best effect was achieved when the addition amount was 4%.
