日粮中添加α-硫辛酸对家兔生长性能、血清免疫、抗氧化指标及肉品质的影响

Effects ofα-lipoic acid supplementation in diets on growth performance,serum immune,antioxidant indexes and meat quality of rabbits

摘要 为了研究日粮中添加不同比例的α-硫辛酸对家兔生长性能、血清免疫、抗氧化指标及肉品质的影响,试验选取体重相近的35日龄家兔240只,随机分为4组,每组3个重复,每个重复20只,对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验Ⅰ组、试验Ⅱ组、试验Ⅲ组分别在基础日粮中添加200,400,600 mg/kg的α-硫辛酸,预试期5 d,正试期35 d,测定其生长指标、血清免疫与抗氧化指标及肉品质指标。结果表明:试验Ⅱ组平均日增重显著高于对照组(P<0.05);试验Ⅱ组的料重比显著低于对照组和试验Ⅰ组(P<0.05)。试验Ⅱ组的血清免疫球蛋白A(IgA)含量显著高于对照组和试验Ⅰ组(P<0.05);试验Ⅱ组、试验Ⅲ组的血清免疫球蛋白G(IgG)含量均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验Ⅱ组、试验Ⅲ组的总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)显著高于对照组和试验Ⅰ组(P<0.05);试验Ⅱ组、试验Ⅲ组的谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);三个试验组丙二醛(MDA)含量均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验Ⅱ组、试验Ⅲ组的屠宰后24 h样肉pH(pH24 h)值均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);试验Ⅱ组、试验Ⅲ组的滴水损失率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);试验Ⅱ组的亮度和黄度值均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),而红度值在各组之间差异不显著(P>0.05)。说明日粮中添加适量α-硫辛酸能够有效提升家兔的生长性能,增强其免疫力及抗氧化能力,并且能够改善家兔的肉品质,本试验条件下建议家兔日粮中α-硫辛酸添加量为400 mg/kg。 In order to study the effects of adding different proportions ofα-lipoic acid in diets on growth performance,serum immune and antioxidant indexes and meat quality of rabbits,in the experiment,24035-day-old rabbits of similar weights were randomly divided into four groups,with three replicates in each group,and 20 rabbits in each replicate.The control group was fed the basal diet,and 200,400,600 mg/kg ofα-lipoic acid were added to the basal diet in testⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲgroups.The pre-test period was five days and the formal period was 35 days.Growth indexes,serum immune and antioxidant indexes and rabbit meat quality indexes were measured.The results showed that the average daily weight gain of the testⅡgroup was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the material-to-weight ratio of the testⅡgroup was significantly lower than that of the control group and the testⅠgroup(P<0.05).The serum Immunoglobulin A(IgA)content in the testⅡgroup was significantly higher than that in the control group and the testⅠgroup(P<0.05),and the serum IgG content in the testⅡgroup and the testⅢgroup was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total autioxidant capacity(T-AOC)of testⅡandⅢgroups was significantly higher than that of control group and testⅠgroup(P<0.05),the GSH-Px and SOD activities of testⅡgroup and testⅢgroup were significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05),and the contents of MDA in the three test groups were significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The pH24 hof testⅡandⅢgroups were significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),the drip loss rates in testⅡandⅢgroups were significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);the brightness L*and yellowness b*values in testⅡgroup were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),while the difference of redness a*values between the groups was not significant(P>0.05).The results indicated that adding an appropriate amount ofα-lipoic acid to the diet could effectively improve the growth performance,enhance its immune and antioxidant capacity,and improve the meat quality of rabbits.Under these experimental conditions,it was recommended that the addition ofα-lipoic acid in rabbit diet was 400 mg/kg.
