摘要
通过对聚合螟虫和稻瘟病抗性基因水稻恢复系的农艺性状配合力进行分析,为杂交水稻聚合恢复系的选育提供了一定的理论基础。按不完全双列杂交5×8(NCII),以抗螟虫抗稻瘟聚合恢复系5个为父本和不育系8个母本设计并配制了40个组合,对穗长,株高,有效穗数,总粒数,实粒数,空瘪粒数和结实率进行了研究、千粒重与单株产量等9项农艺性状配合力与遗传参数分析。一般配合力(GCA)分析表明昌恢891TJH、长田A、圳20A、华盛A、晶泰A、广8A配合力较高,特殊配合力(SCA)分析表明晶泰A/昌恢891TJH、华盛A/昌恢891TJH、圳20A/R205TJH特殊配合力较高。千粒重、总粒数、有效穗主要受到基因非加性效应影响,穗长主要受到基因加性效应影响。穗长、实粒数、空瘪粒数、总粒数的遗传效应主要依赖不育系母本,单株产量的遗传效应取决于聚合恢复系父本,而株高、有效穗、结实率、千粒重遗传效应由双亲共同影响。
According to incomplete diallel cross 5×8(NCII)design,40 combinations were formulated with five antiborers and anti-rice pest aggregation restorer lines as male parents and eight sterile lines as female parents.The combining ability and genetic parameters of 9 agronomic traits including plant height,spike length,effective spike number,solid number,empty number,total number of grains,seed setting rate,1000-grain weight and yield per plant were analyzed.The general combining ability(GCA)analysis showed that the combining ability of Changhui891TJH,Changtian A,Zhen20A,Huasheng A,Jingtai A and Guang8A was higher,and the special combining ability(SCA)analysis showed that Jingtai A/Changhui 891TJH,Huasheng A/Changhui 891TJH,Zhen20A/R205TJH were higher.The 1000-grain weight,total grain number and effective panicle were mainly affected by gene additive effect,while panicle length was mainly affected by gene additive effect.The genetic effects of panicle length,full grain number,hollow grain number and total grain number were mainly dependent on the female parent of sterile line,and the genetic effects of yield per plant were dependent on the male parent of aggregate restorer line,while the genetic effects of plant height,effective panicle,seed setting rate and 1000-grain weight were affected by both parents.The combining ability analysis of the main agronomic characters of the hybrid rice restorer line provided some theoretical basis for the breeding of the hybrid rice restorer line.
