摘要
调研了国家电网公司高压直流接地极故障、开挖案例,在运接地极基本情况,分析了导致接地极发生缺陷故障的本质原因。结果表明,馈电元件存在的问题主要有材质、焊接、密封3个方面;石油焦炭的核心问题是掺假,主要造假手段是用煤灰或煤炭焦炭部分或全部代替价格较高的石油焦炭,可以通过检测含碳量发现;还在施工与交接验收、设计及运维方面提出存在的问题和提升措施。最后,提出了下一步工作建议。
Investigation has been made on the failure and excavation cases of HVDC grounding electrode,and the basic situation of HVDC grounding electrodes in operation in State Grid Corporation of China.The essential causes of defects and faults of HVDC grounding electrode are analyzed.The results show that the main problems of the feeding rod are material,welding,and sealing.The core problem of the petroleum coke is adulteration,which is to use coal ash or coal coke to replace part or all of the petroleum coke,and it could be found through the detection of carbon content.Furthermore,the existing problems and improvement measures are put forward in the construction and handover acceptance,design and operation and maintenance.Finally,some suggestions for the next step are put forward.
