饲料中添加油茶籽粉对湘黄鸡生长性能、血清脂质代谢、抗氧化与抗炎能力的影响 被引量:1

Effects of camellia oleifera seeds on fat metabolism,antioxidant capacity and anti-inflammatory capacity of xianghuang chickens

摘要 本研究将不同水平油茶籽粉加入饲料中,以观察其对湘黄鸡生产性能与体内生化指标的影响。试验选择400只湘黄鸡,随机分为4组,每组10个重复,每个重复10只湘黄鸡,分别在日粮中添加0.5%(低剂量)、1.0%(中剂量)、2.0%(高剂量)的脱皂油茶籽粉,并以基础日粮为对照进行饲喂试验。预饲期7d,正式试验35d。结果显示,(1)生产性能方面,0.5%和1.0%组湘黄鸡的ADG比对照组显著提升(P <0.05),但2.0%组的ADG最低且差异显著(P <0.05)。2.0%组ADFI显著低于0.5%和1.0%组(P <0.05);(2)脂质代谢指标方面,对照组鸡血清TG含量显著高于所有试验组(P <0.05),0.5%和1.0%组鸡血清HDL含量较对照组显著提升(P <0.05);(3)血清抗氧化指标方面,试验组湘黄鸡血清中T-AOC均显著高于对照组(P <0.05)。与对照组相比,所有饲喂油茶籽粉的湘黄鸡血清GSH-Px活性显著提高(P <0.05)。0.5%和1.0%组鸡血清SOD活性显著高于对照组和2.0%组(P <0.05),0.5%和1.0%组血清中MDA浓度显著低于对照组和2.0%组(P <0.05);(3)血清中炎症因子方面,0.5%和1.0%组鸡血清中TNF-α含量显著低于对照组和2.0%组(P <0.05),1.0%组血清中IL-1和IL-6含量显著低于对照组(P <0.05)。综合试验结果,本研究认为,在湘黄鸡日粮中适当添加油茶籽粉可以有效提高鸡的生产性能和免疫能力,并可以促进脂质代谢,降低体内炎症水平,同时本研究建议,在湘黄鸡日粮中油茶籽粉最适添加水平为1.0%。 In this study,different levels of Camellia oleifera seed powder were added to the feed to observe its effects on the performance and biochemical indicators of Xianghuang chickens. In the experiment,400 Xianghuang chickens were randomly divided into 4 groups,with 10 repetitions in each group,and each repetition contained 10 Xianghuang chickens. 0.5%(low dose),1.0%(medium dose),and 2.0%(high dose)ratio of desaponized camellia seed powder,and the feeding experiment was carried out with the basal diet as the control. The pre-feeding period was 7 days,and the formal experiment was 35 days.The results showed :(1)In terms of production performance,the ADG of Xianghuang chicken in the 0.5% and 1.0% groups was significantly higher than that in the control group(P < 0.05),but the ADG in the 2.0% group was the lowest and the difference was significant(P<0.05). The ADFI of the 2.0% group was significantly lower than that of the 0.5% and 1.0% groups(P<0.05);(2)In terms of lipid metabolism indicators,the serum TG content of chickens in the control group was significantly higher than that of all test groups(P < 0.05),0.5% and 1.0% The serum HDL content of chickens in the % group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P < 0.05);(3)In terms of serum antioxidant indicators,T-AOC in the serum of Xianghuang chickens in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P < 0.05). Compared with the control group,the serum GSH-Px activity of all Xianghuang chickens fed camellia seed powder was significantly increased(P < 0.05).The SOD activity of chicken serum in the 0.5% and 1.0% group was significantly higher than that in the control group and the 2.0% group(P < 0.05),and the MDA concentration in the serum of the 0.5% and 1.0% group was significantly lower than that in the control group and the 2.0% group(P < 0.05);(3)In terms of inflammatory factors in serum,the content of TNF-α in chicken serum of 0.5% and 1.0% group was significantly less than that of control group and 2.0% group(P < 0.05),and the content of IL-1 and IL-6 in serum of 1.0% group Significantly lower than that of the control group(P < 0.05). Based on the comprehensive test results,this study concluded that the appropriate addition of camellia seed powder to the diet of Xianghuang chickens can effectively improve the performance and immunity of chickens,and can promote lipid metabolism and reduce the level of inflammation in the body. The optimal supplement level in Xianghuang chicken diet is 1.0%.
