党参对保育猪生长性能、抗氧化性能及抗炎能力的影响 被引量:2

Effect of dangshen on growth performance,antioxidant capacity and anti-inflammatory ability of nursery pigs

摘要 文章旨在研究党参对保育猪生长性能、抗氧化性能和抗炎能力的影响。试验将240头28日龄断奶仔猪随机分成5组,每组6重复,每重复8头猪。对照组饲喂玉米-豆粕型基础日粮,其余试验组分别在基础日粮中额外添加0.15%、0.30%、0.45%和0.60%的党参。正试期28d天。结果表明,与对照组相比,保育猪日粮中添加0.45%的党参可显著提高保育猪终末重(FBW)和平均日增重(ADG)(P <0.05),显著降低料重比(F/G)(P <0.05);与对照组相比,保育猪日粮中添加0.45%的党参可显著改善抗氧化指标,其中血清总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)显著提高5.42%(P <0.05),超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活力分别显著提高8.76%、3.75%(P <0.05),血清丙二醛(MDA)含量极显著下降10.43%(P <0.01);与对照组相比,保育猪日粮中添加0.45%的党参可显著下调血清抗炎因子水平,其中肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、IL-6分别显著下降11.99%、10.65%和10.50%(P <0.05)。结果说明,日粮中添加0.45%的党参可显著提高保育猪生长性能、抗氧化性能和抗炎能力。 This experiment was attempted to investigate the effects of Dangshen on growth performance,antioxidant capacity,and anti-inflammatory ability of nursery pigs. Two hundred and forty 28-day-old nursery pigs were randomly divided into 5 groups. Each group set up 6 replicates and each replicate had 8 nursery pigs. Nursery pigs in control group were fed with a cornsoybean meal basal diet,and the other four experimental groups were fed with a basal diet supplemented with 0.15%,0.30%,0.45%,and 0.60% Dangshen,respectively. The trial period lasted for 28 days. The results exhibited as follows :compared with the control group,nursery pigs with dietary addition of 0.45% Dangshen significantly increased the final body weight(FBW)and average daily gain(ADG),while significantly reduced the ratio of feed to gain(F/G)(P < 0.05). Compared with the control group,nursery pigs with dietary addition of 0.45% Dangshen significantly improved the antioxidant index,the serum total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC)was increased by 5.42%,the activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD)and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)were increased by 8.76% and 3.75%,respectively(P < 0.05),while the serum malondialdehyde(MDA)level was significantly decreased by 10.43%(P < 0.01). Compared with the control group,nursery pigs with dietary addition of 0.45% Dangshen significantly decreased the serum levels of anti-inflammatory factor,the serum levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin(IL)-1β,and IL-6(P < 0.05)were decreased by 11.99%,10.65%,and 10.50%,respectively(P < 0.05).These results indicated that dietary supplementation with 0.45% Dangshen can up-regulate the growth performance,antioxidant capacity,and anti-inflammatory ability of nursery pigs.
