摘要
随着经济多元化的发展,饲料企业间的竞争逐渐演变成人才的竞争,由此催生了人力资源管理。但不同饲料企业的员工工作效率和人力成本存在较大差异,如何在保证员工工作效率的基础上降低人力成本,成为饲料企业管理者重点关注的问题。文章从人力成本管控的意义出发,分析了饲料企业人力成本管控存在的问题,并针对问题提出相应措施。希望能够帮助饲料企业有效降低人力成本,实现经济效益最大化。
With the diversified development of economy,the competition among feed enterprises has gradually evolved into the competition among talents,thus giving birth to human resource management. However,there are great differences in staff efficiency and human cost in different feed enterprises. How to reduce human cost on the basis of ensuring staff efficiency has become the focus of feed enterprise managers. Based on the significance of human cost management and control,this paper analyzes the problems of human cost management and control in feed enterprises,and puts forward countermeasures. I hope it can help feed enterprises effectively reduce human costs and maximize economic benefits.
