摘要
为确定电石渣掺量对粉煤灰-矿渣复合材料的凝结时间和抗压强度影响,以粉煤灰、矿渣为主要原料,外掺电石渣作为碱激发剂,采用普通自来水拌合,实验室成型20 mm×20 mm×20 mm净浆试样,标准养护3,7,28 d,分析了不同配合比下,各试样的凝结时间和抗压强度性能。结果表明:电石渣的掺加,增强了复合胶凝体系的碱性环境,具有较好的碱激发作用。在强碱环境下,随着矿渣掺量的增加,加速了C—(A)—S—H凝胶的生成,缩短了其初凝及终凝时间。在m(粉煤灰)∶m(矿渣)为7∶3,外掺电石渣掺量为10%时(粉煤灰和矿渣物料质量之和的比例),试件最高强度达到25.5 MPa。复合材料体系中主要水化产物为C—(A)—S—H,AFt,AFm,这些水化产物都是试件强度形成的主要来源。
The setting time and compressive strength of various samples are analyzed under different mix proportions under standard curing for 3,7,28 days to determine the influence of carbide slag content on the setting time and compressive strength of fly ash-slag composite,with fly ash and slag used as main raw materials,calcium carbide slag as alkali activator,ordinary tap water as mixing,and laboratory molding of 20 mm×20 mm×20 mm.The results show that calcium carbide slag added into the system can enhance the alkaline environment of the composite cementing system and has a better alkali excitation effect.In strong alkali environment,with the continuous increase of slag content,the formation of C—(A)—S—H gel is accelerated,and its initial setting and final setting time are shortened.When the mass ratio of fly ash and slag is 7∶3 and the content of carbide slag is 10%(the proportion of the sum of the mass of fly ash and slag materials),the maximum strength of the test piece reaches 25.5 MPa.The main hydration products in the composite system,the main sources of strength formation of the specimen,are C—(A)—S—H,AFt,AFm.
