摘要
环境产业是一种战略性新兴产业,是应对全球气候变化、保护自然环境并最终实现经济社会可持续增长的战略支柱产业。自中日邦交正常化以来,中日两国的经济合作便快速发展起来,其中环境产业合作领域的发展更是突出,沿着双边与多边合作机制的路径,从政府主导向市场主导模式升级,取得了突出的成效。面对世界经济形势变化带来的新机遇与新挑战,中日两国需要在进一步明确战略方向和重点领域的基础上,深化两国的环境产业合作。
As a strategic emerging industry,environmental industry takes over the leadership of the fight against climate change,protection of ecological environment and realization of sustainable economic and social growth.The economic cooperation between China and Japan has developed rapidly since the normalization of China-Japan relations.The development of environmental industry cooperation is one of the most prominent parts.Along the path of bilateral and multilateral cooperation mechanisms,the environmental industry cooperation has upgraded from a government-led model to a market-led model and has achieved outstanding results.Facing the new opportunities and challenges brought about by the changing world economic situation,China and Japan need to deepen their environmental industry cooperation based on the further defining strategic directions and key areas in the future.
