摘要
随着资本金融市场对可持续发展的日益重视,环境、社会和公司治理(ESG)的发展成为大势所趋,企业必须运用好ESG评级、披露、投资等有关工具,推动企业实现综合价值最大化。以ESG为视角,分析新形势下企业高质量发展战略,并就推动企业践行ESG提出了提升ESG理念认知、构建ESG评价指标、提高ESG绩效等建议。
With the increasing attention paid by the capital and financial markets to sustainable development,the development of environment,society and corporate governance(ESG)has become the trend of the times.Enterprises must make good use of ESG rating,disclosure,investment and other relevant tools to promote enterprises to maximize their comprehensive value.From the perspective of ESG,this paper analyzes the high-quality development strategy of enterprises under the new situation,and puts forward suggestions on promoting enterprises to practice ESG,such as improving ESG concept awareness,building ESG evaluation indicators,and improving ESG performance.
