摘要
详细介绍了某小型污水处理厂338.58 kWp分布式光伏发电系统的设计及运行情况。该光伏发电系统的光伏组件架设于活性砂滤池、二氧化氯消毒池和水解酸化池的上方,自2021年12月17日并网发电以来,运行稳定,实际日均发电量为965.37 kW·h,高于预测日均发电量(871 kW·h);与相同发电量的火电相比,预计25年累计可节约标准煤约2 861 t,累计可减排二氧化碳7 620 t;预计年收益为29.65万元,静态回收期为5.83年。安装光伏发电系统既满足了污水处理厂用电高峰期的电力供应,又在一定程度上控制了藻类的大量繁殖,具有良好的经济效益和环境效益。
The design and operation of 338.58 kWp photovoltaic power generation system in a small sewage treatment plant is introduced. The photovoltaic module of the distributed photovoltaic power generation system is erected above the active sand filter,chlorine dioxide disinfection tank and hydrolysis acidification tank. Since the grid connected power generation on December 17,2021,the operation has been stable,and the actual daily average power generation capacity is 965.37 kW·h,higher than the predicted daily average power generation capacity(871 kW·h). Compared with thermal power with the same power generation capacity,it is estimated that about 2 861 tons of standard coal can be saved and 7 620 tons of carbon dioxide can be reduced accumulatively in 25 years. The estimated annual income of the project is 296 500 yuan and the static payback period is 5.83 years. The installation of photovoltaic power generation system not only meets the power supply of the sewage treatment plant during the peak period of power consumption,but also controls the massive reproduction of algae to a certain extent,which has good economic and environmental benefits.
