生源多元化背景下高职院校学生学习动机调查

Vocational College Students’Motivations in the Context of Student Source Diversification

摘要 以我国不同地区的高职院校多元化生源为研究对象,构建了涵盖“自我发生型”动机和“社会规范型”动机的高职院校学生学习动机调查体系并进行调查分析。根据调查结论,提出生源多元化背景下职业院校自身适应性提升策略,这些策略主要有:加强思想道德品质教育、优化人力资源配置、全方位做好教学支持服务、营造良好的学习环境等。 A survey system of students’learning motivations including“self-generating”motivation and“social normative”motivation was conducted among vocational college studentsfrom various sources across China.Some strategies were proposed as follows to improve the adaptability of vocational colleges against a background of diverse student sources:strengthening ideological and moral education,optimizing human resource allocation,providing all-round teaching support services and creating a good learning environment,etc.
