基于OBE-CDIO背景下“食品化学”课程教学改革探索与实践 被引量:8

摘要 结合工程教育与OBE-CDIO理念,分析“食品化学”传统教学存在需要改善的问题。在课程教学中引入OBE-CDIO理念,以项目为载体,以学生为中心,以理论学习为基础,培养学生的食品科学的工程实践能力和应用能力。从明确培养目标、创新教学模式、完善课程体系、促进产教融合、丰富考核方式等方面,提出课程改革策略,以期提高应用型理工科高校的食品科学专业教学质量。通过课程教学改革提升学生自主学习兴趣、创新精神、实践能力及职业素养,更好满足当今社会快速发展的食品科学与工程专业的用人需求。 Combined engineering education with OBE-CDIO teaching concept, some problems about food chemistry with the traditional teaching are analyzed. Integrate the OBE-CDIO teaching concept during food chemistry, with projects as the carrier and students as the center, and develop students’ abilities of food engineering for practical and application based on sciential and theoretical knowledge. For improving the teaching quality in food science about application-oriented science and engineering universities, propose the strategies teaching reform from the following aspects: clarifying teaching objectives,innovating teaching mode, improving curriculum system, diversifying assessment methods, and deepening cooperation of school-enterprise. The curriculum teaching reform can improve students’ learning interest by themselves, innovative spirit, practical ability, and professional quality, and meet the employment needs of food science and technology majors in contemporary.
