摘要
POPBL教学模式是以具体的问题为导向的一种教学模式。在人力资源管理课程中运用POPBL教学模式与传统教学模式分别对实验班和控制班进行了一个学期的教学实践,结果表明:运用POPBL教学模式的实验班与运用传统教学模式的控制班的成绩存在较明显的差异,但是都运用POPBL教学模式的两个实验班的成绩并未出现显著性差异,说明采用POPBL教学模式能在一定程度上提升学生的学习成绩及其人力资源管理理论水平和实际操作能力。但POPBL教学模式在人力资源管理课程运用中也存在一些问题,如实践项目难度较大,学生存在畏难情绪、项目评价还需进一步优化以及实践项目未与具体企业进行实际对接等。
POPBL teaching model is a teaching model oriented to specific problems.In the course of human resource management,POPBL teaching model and traditional teaching model are used to carry out teaching practice of experimental class and control class for one semester respectively.The results show that there is a significant difference between the results of the experimental class using POPBL teaching model and the control class using traditional teaching model,but there is no significant difference between the two experimental classes using POPBL teaching model,which indicates that the POPBL teaching model can improve the students'academic performance and the theoretical level and practical operation ability of human resources management to a certain extent.However,there are also some problems in the application of POPBL teaching model in human resource management courses,such as the difficulty of practical projects,the students'fear of difficulties,the project evaluation needs to be further optimized,and the practical projects are not actually connected with specific enterprises.
