基于职业能力培养的高职公共英语教学策略探讨 被引量:2

摘要 职业性是高职教育的特殊属性,亦是教育教学工作不可忽视的重要内容,要求高职课程教学基于职业能力导向。如今高职公共英语教学,面临教学目标不清晰、教学内容同质化、教学方法滞后性、师资力量待提升等现实问题,对此,应通过树立职业化课程教学目标、有所侧重的选择教学内容、引用多样化课程教学方法、加强双师型师资队伍建设等策略,提升公共英语教学针对性与实效性,为高职院校学生职业能力提升与职业发展铺路。 Professionalism is a special attribute of higher vocational education and an important content that cannot be ignored in education and teaching.Higher vocational curriculum teaching is required to be based on vocational ability orientation.Nowadays,public English teaching in higher vocational colleges is facing some practical problems,such as unclear teaching objectives,homogenization of teaching contents,lagging teaching methods,and teachers to be improved.In this regard,we should improve the pertinence and effectiveness of public English teaching by establishing professional curriculum teaching objectives,focusing on the selection of teaching contents,quoting diversified curriculum teaching methods,strengthening the construction of double qualified teachers and other strategies,and paving the way for the improvement of vocational ability and career development of students in higher vocational colleges.
