摘要
为寻找一种简洁快速的三乙醇胺浓度检测方法,采用紫外分光光度法研究了三乙醇胺在Na_(2)B_(4)O_(7)-NaOH缓冲溶液中的紫外吸收曲线,得到了三乙醇胺紫外定量分析测定的方法。实验结果表明:在Na_(2)B_(4)O_(7)-NaOH缓冲体系(pH=9.4)中,当三乙醇胺浓度低于6.4 mmol·L^(-1)时,三乙醇胺的浓度与紫外吸光度成线性关系,线性拟合方程为A=0.560c+0.003,加标回收率在97%~104%之间,检出限为0.06 mmol·L^(-1)。一定量硫酸、氢氧化钠、硫酸钠的加入,对测量体系无影响;电镀液中常见金属盐NaCl、Mg Cl_(2)的存在不影响测量体系的准确性;CuSO_(4)浓度高于0.48 mmol·L^(-1)时,以及NiSO_(4)、ZnSO_(4)两种盐类的存在,对三乙醇胺的测量造成干扰。
In order to find a simple and rapid method for the determination of triethanolamine concentration,the UV absorption curve of triethanolamine in Na_(2)B_(4)O_(7)-NaOH buffer solution was studied by UV spectrophotometry,and the UV quantitative analysis method of triethanolamine was obtained.The experimental results showed that in Na_(2)B_(4)O_(7)-NaOH buffer system (pH=9.4),when the concentration of triethanolamine was lower than 6.4 mmol·L^(-1),the concentration of triethanolamine had a linear relationship with UV absorbance.The linear fitting equation was A=0.560c+0.003,the recovery was 97%~104%,and the detection limit was 0.06 mmol·L^(-1).The addition of a certain amount of sulfuric acid,sodium hydroxide and sodium sulfate had no effect on the measurement system.The The existence of common metal salts NaCl and MgCl_(2)in electroplating solution did not affect the accuracy of the measurement system.When the concentration of CuSO_(4)was higher than 0.48 mmol·L^(-1),or there was NiSO4and ZnSO_(4)salts,the measurement of triethanolamine could be interfered.
