摘要
图书馆基本理念,就是人们对图书馆这一事物进行根本性的价值定位而形成的思想信念。进入21世纪后,我国图书馆学界兴起了图书馆基本理念研究热潮,成果丰硕。范并思先生围绕信息公平、图书馆精神、图书馆权利、图书馆核心价值等图书馆基本理念问题,进行长期的关注和研究,取得了令人瞩目的成绩。
The basic philosophy on library is the belief formed by people on the fundamental value positioning of library. After entering the 21st century, China’s library science community has greeted a boom in the research of basic library philosophy with fruitful results. Mr. Fan Bingsi has paid long-term attention to research on the library’s basic philosophies such as information fairness, library spirit, the rights of the library and library core values, and has made remarkable achievements.
