摘要
针对船舶装配过程中划线工序耗时较长且效率较低的问题,提出一种基于激光投影的船舶数字化装配技术。通过将三维数字化模型与激光投影设备相结合实现零部件精准定位,在此基础上,施工人员根据投影信息开展装配作业。以船体小组立装配过程为例,对该技术方案进行应用验证。研究及验证结果表明,该数字化装配定位技术满足船舶装配过程中的定位需求,可在船舶装配定位领域推广应用。
To solve the problem that the marking process is time-consuming and inefficient in ship assembly, a digital ship assembly technology based on laser projection is proposed. Precise positioning of parts is realized by combining 3D digital model with laser projection equipment, so that workers can carry out the assembly operation according to the projection information. For instance, when the technical scheme is applied to the hull assembly process and verified, the results of analysis and verification show that the digital assembly positioning technology meets the positioning requirements of ship structure assembly process, which means it can be promoted and applied in the field of ship assembly and positioning.
