地毯式燃尽风在切圆锅炉中应用的数值模拟

摘要 本文通过数值模拟,对比了两种不同型式的地毯式燃尽风与常规的四角布置的燃尽风系统对炉内燃烧、炉膛出口烟温偏差、燃烧效率,并为后续的工程应用提供指导意见。 Through numerical simulation, this paper compares the effects of two different types of carpet over fire air burner and conventional over fire air burner arranged at four corners on furnace combustion, flue gas temperature deviation at furnace outle, and provides guidance for subsequent engineering application.
